Wild Gather hosts Jules Skloot for TAKE CARE + DANCE!
Come move and sweat to sweet and grooveable beats, all while connecting to a group of other humans! We will turn and jump and make our molecules bounce! There will be chances to make up your own movements that feel good in the moment, as well as time to learn a set sequence that incorporates elements from contemporary dance, ballet and folk dance forms. We will fill ourselves up with ourselves, mirror each other’s brilliance and support each other to fly.
All are welcome, regardless of your dance history. Bring sneakers! This class is open to people of all abilities, and the space is wheelchair accessible. If you have questions, or if you’d like to relay specific needs or concerns beforehand, feel free to contact Jules at email@example.com.
