2021 COVID-19 Statement
Due to COVID-19, our building is currently closed to the public. However, Basilica Hudson will continue to pivot programs offline, off-site or outdoors while keeping an eye on state regulations to uphold our mission of supporting independent artists.
The return of DRONE AT HOME, our Non-Fiction Screening Series, and the Hudson As Muse Artist In Residence Series are in the final planning stages, along with our beloved Basilica SoundScape which we are proud to present for the first time since 2019. Basilica will collaboratively produce this signature event offsite at the gorgeous outdoor venue PS21: Performance Spaces for the 21st Century, in Chatham, NY. Read more about our 2021 season HERE.
Additionally, Basilica Hudson will explore more ways to connect with our steadfast global audience across the airwaves through our Patreon, podcasts, IG live, live streams, Zoom panels and more.
We are confident in our ability to bring innovative programming to the City of Hudson in 2021, and appreciate our community’s ongoing support.

HOW YOU CAN HELP
Basilica is a nonprofit. We deliver big dreams with a tiny and dedicated team. The majority of our revenue comes directly from in-person ticketed event attendance. With large gatherings still on hold, our ability to recover and continue to operate depends heavily on community support and sponsorship. If you are able, please consider supporting us during this time. Here are some ways you can help:
- Make a tax deductible donation – every dollar counts
- Sign up for our Patreon
- Purchase Basilica Hudson merchandise
- Become a Basilica Hudson 2021 sponsor
Basilica was built on our commitment to the transformative power of art and music and our fundamental belief in collective, in-person experiences. However, we cannot express enough how absolutely essential it is to act as a community and practice social distancing to curb the additional spread of the virus. We’re optimistic about the strength of our community, and hope to be able to resume our planned schedule as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we wish our community and beyond all the best, and hope that you are able to stay healthy and safe during this time. For more information on what you can do to help protect your community and prevent the further spread of COVID-19, please see the CDC resources available here.
